Private facilities or refineries mint Silver Bullion Rounds. These rounds are generally sold in 1 oz. quantities and minted in varying degrees of fineness, primarily in 99.9% silver purity. Rounds are not of legal tender value so they typically sell for lower premiums than Silver Bullion Coins issued by the government.
