In 2007 Kenny Michaels had a radio show. He was yelling and screaming about how everybody needed to take all of their equity out of their homes because there was going to be a massive housing crash. Kenny was the only one speaking about this. Anybody that took his advice avoided a lot of pain and heartache. Kenny called the biggest housing bubble of our lifetime.
